Kids Chess Network, Inc. has been providing quality chess education since our founding in 1993. It is our mission to provide interesting and fun educational activities for every child who participates in our programs.

We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to demonstrate at individual levels the logic and beauty of chess, which provides transferable benefits to other subjects. Kids Chess Network includes a number of chess teachers and chess tournament directors; on this page we list only our management and Special Grandmaster Consultants.

Special Grandmaster Consultants

Joel Benjamin, Grandmaster of Chess and 3-time US Chess Champion, teaches in many of our schools, and at our mini-camps. Joel is the author of "American Grandmaster, an autobiography which details both his international chess career and his teaching experiences.

John Fedorowicz, Grandmaster of Chess and former World Open Champion, teaches in many of our schools, and at our mini-camps. John has coached many of the most successful American youth teams at international events.

John MacArthur, Chess Master. John teaches in many of our afterschool programs, in-curriculum programs, lunch clubs and daytime elective programs, and is the founder of the "chess dojo" method of instruction in use at our mini-camps.
