MIDDLEGAMES

KCN Practice Chess Games 2000-2002

This is a collection of 36 games played during the period May, 2000 through May, 2002. All of the games are from scholastic tournaments, with opponents of similar ages, from 3rd through 5th grade. The first featured event is the National Primary Chess Championships, in Dallas, Texas, in May, 2000. The players then were in 3rd Grade. Other events featured are the New York City and New York State Scholastic Championships, and many strong New York area tournaments,hosted by NYC schools including PS 6, PS 9, Hunter and Columbia Grammar. The final tournament represented in this collection is the National K-5 Championship, held in May 2002 in Portland, Oregon.
