Scholastic Chess Programs
PS 40
The PS 40 chess program consists of in-curriculum classes for the
second grade (taught by Michael Rohde) and third grade (taught by Nelson Dunn) and a fifth grade elective (taught by Nelson Dunn). In this immersive program, wherein all of the children in specified
grades learn chess, the learning process is accelerated.
